Stay home, stay safe: changes to the showroom experience

From stress-relief to simple sanity-saving routines with family, many hot tub owners have turned to the comfort of daily hot tub time. To continue to support the needs of our customers and the community, our dealers have implemented some changes to their showroom experience.

Quality water care.

Especially during times where stay-at-home orders are in effect, quality water care is essential. Many of our dealers have shifted to contactless services to help you maintain your hot tub.

Virtual appointments.

Interested in adding a hot tub to your backyard? Our local, independent dealers offer alternatives to in-showroom appointments to help you find the right hot tub for you. Find your local dealer here and talk to them about options for virtual appointments, at-home presentations with safe distancing, and full-service set up and installation.

Hot Tubs and COVID-19

According to the CDC, “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.” In addition, we highly recommend you continue to practice social distancing when using your hot tub.
