First Hot Tub Maker in World to Win Shingo Prize D1 solidified its trailblazing position in the hot tub and swim spa/circuit training products markets when it won the 2007 Silver Medal Award at the Northwest Region Shingo Prize Conference in Oct. '07, an accolade that makes D1 the first hot tub manufacturer in the world to receive the distinguished award. Lauded by Business Week as the "Nobel Prize of Manufacturing," the Shingo Prize is the premier award for manufacturing excellence.
Winner of Coveted Spasearch 2012 Certified Award Dimension One is proud to have been recognized by Spasearch as a Certified manufacturer for six years in a row! Started in 2007, the Spasearch Certified program is administered by an impartial third-party auditing firm and seeks to identify the best hot tub manufacturers in North America. Only manufacturers who meet rigorous customer satisfaction requirements are honored with the Spasearch Certified label. Dimension One has made the grade every year the program has been in existence!
Stevie Award for "Best Customer Service Team" D1 was awarded the Stevie Award for "Best Customer Service Team" in the 2005 American Business AwardsT. The American Business Awards were hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post. In winning the Stevie, D1 beat out other finalists including Enterprise Fleet Services and T-Mobile Wireless. More than 1,200 nominations from companies of all sizes in virtually every industry were submitted.
Winner: The Society of Plastic Engineers' Highest Honor: The People's Choice Award In our first year in the swim spa/aquatic fitness systems market (2002), D1's AFS received the Society of Plastic Engineers' highest accolade, its People's Choice Award, for D1's AFS, AquaFit 19 Dual Temp model. San Diego World Trade Center Exporter of the Year In 2004 the D1 won the Exporter of the Year Award from the San Diego World Trade Center in recognition of our significant growth in product exports to international markets.
Inspire Award, The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals Awarded the 2005 Inspire Award from the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), recognizing D1's decades of industry leadership and innovation.
